About establishing a City Improvement District for Craighall and Craighall Park

The Craigpark Residents’ Association has appointed Kagiso Urban Management as Consultants on the City Improvement District (C.I.D.) process and Creative Communication as the information and communication consultant.  We see this as an urgent initiative that needs to be implemented – with your support – as soon as possible to make our area safer and more attractive.

Residents/property owners will be kept informed throughout the process, not only via the CRA website, but also through a number of public meetings, hand delivered information and registered letters. At each step the web site will be updated and the relevant information inserted into the list below. This is particularly important in the case of the business plan, which is likely to go through several iterations as and when feedback is received from the community.
